Abstract
In March 1992, The Catholic Bishops of Malawi published a pastoral letter titled "Living Our Faith." This Lenten letter discusses educational services, health services, and the AIDS epidemic. It also calls for the publics participation in civic life, examines issues within the justice system, and details the state of specific freedoms in the country such as expression, worship, and association.
