Grave of Lieutenant Joseph Cramer (1838 - 1869).

Along with Captain Silas S. Soule, Lieutenant Cramer and his men refused orders to fire on the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes camped with Black Kettle during the Sand Creek Massacre.
