Abstract
The development of the Internet as a marketplace for used books has been discussed in the library literature primarily as it affects out-of-print titles. An examination of availability and pricing of over 1000 current titles on three used-book Web sites shows that Web booksellers may be viable options for libraries seeking to stretch budgets by purchasing used copies of in-print titles.
