Abstract
Poor performance can cause companies to fail. Companies must find the best method or strategy to solve serious organizational problems. The most challenging tasks for leaders in any organization are developing and improving their employees' performance. Companies develop training programs to increase employees' knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve organizational goals. Many existing companies in Thailand lack effective training programs for their employees. This research paper uncovers the process of developing training programs, which includes conducting training needs analysis, designing course content and materials, incorporating adult learning styles, and the managing the training evaluation process, which are based on secondary research.
