Abstract
Macrocyclic cobaloxime complexes have emerged as efficient catalytic chain transfer agents with diverse applications in controlling the crosslinking photopolymerization of methacrylates. This study outlines the synthesis, development, and application of these complexes, with an emphasis on their impact on the polymer network structure and properties. Detailed investigations into catalyst purity, reaction activity, and mechanism provide insights into optimizing catalytic performance. Practical implementation of these cobalt catalyst systems demonstrates significant control over polymer architecture, offering new opportunities for the synthesis of advanced materials in photopolymerizations.
