Abstract
An article in Changing Times magazine criticized the airline industry as follows: "No seats . . . lost bags . . . flight delays . . . crazy fares . . . rerouted tours - the whole mess! Is there anything you can do about it?" But before these comments are added to the criticism of those calling for re- regulation of the airline industry, it should be noted that the Changing Times article was published in August 1977: the year before airline deregulation.
