Abstract
Due to the past several decades of rapid world wide economic development with globalization, disparities among the developed countries have become more evident. There are different opinions among these nations with regards to acceptability of employment issues, employees' privacy, work safety, medical coverage and subsequent compensation to work related injury, sex and also age discrimination, and respect to religious rights in the work place, among other issues. This project not only reveals the ethical issues in the US, but also talks about the ethical issues in a global perspective. If a company is labeled unethical, it may face boycotting from its customers, losing not just tangible profit as measured in monetary terms, but more importantly tarnishing its corporate image.
