Abstract

All the buzz surrounding talent management has created a flurry of activity within organizations and human resources (HR) departments as they try to determine what their organization must do in order to win the war on talent. Unfortunately, many organizations do not know where or how to begin this process. The topic of talent management is immense and as a result, organizations and HR oftentimes find themselves overwhelmed with the prospect of researching and developing its own unique integrated talent management framework. Frequently, technology becomes the starting point for solutions. This Capstone Project provides a framework for implementing an integrated talent management solution and proposes a starting point of understanding the business strategy and how it involves its talent.
