Abstract
This research is primarily focused on the positive correlation of staff training with organization development. Acer Computer Ltd. has been used as an example for identifying the connections between staff training and organization development. The Iceberg Model has been mentioned in this research as well, outlining the most important fundamentals for educating employees. This Capstone Project also discusses several other elements that affect corporations, comparing past, present, and future trends (e-learning) in training and organization development. The competency training concept has been provided as an approach for enhancing employee's potential, exploring career growth, and managing business strategy. Lastly, revenue and profits for a company are shown to be linked to its culture and to its domestic structure.
