Abstract
Capturing the environment presented today, this paper focuses on helping others understand concepts behind, and provides an example of, a financially sustainable mobile video game offering social value to players. Items created include a business model for a mobile video game with details on business model canvas, business pattern, customer profile, and business strategy. In addition, the paper includes an operating model covering the estimation process, cost, and guidance in using the Unity game platform. Later, the paper covers the research behind the business model and operating model. The paper deliberately allows developers to mold to any game idea to the concepts presented.
