Abstract
The Oklahoma National Guard has two major websites fighting for user attention, and one has become outdated in both content and design. These websites need to be combined and re-designed focusing on usability and workflow for content creators. The final product should be one website scoring high in usability, design, and an easy workflow system. The outcome of this capstone project was the creation of one website at OK.NG.MIL, encompassing all information and improved usability ratings by 50% for users' time on the page and 35% for users to complete their tasks. Users liked the site 44% more than the other two websites, and workflow perceptions from public affairs personnel improved by 33%.
