Abstract

This capstone is a project plan to enhance the role Human Resources (HR) plays in strengthening the core values and staffing strategies that ultimately drive the direction of the organization's business strategy, talent philosophy and human resource strategy. One objective of this project plan is to look at the strengths and competencies HR has to offer that will benefit corporations in order to maximize their value add to key stakeholders (Ulrich and Brockbank 2005). This will enhance the staffing decisions made within the organization that will benefit the financial bottom line as well as bring about consistency throughout the various departments in the organization from the executive team to the front line employees.
