Abstract
Structured innovation at corporations in the United States (U.S.) is becoming more important as organizations strive for success in the current economy. There are several critical aspects that U.S. corporations must consider during reorganization. Proper employee communication and engagement can lead to a more adaptable workforce and result in employees who are more willing to accept ownership and accountability, ultimately providing the corporation a greater opportunity for success. This Capstone Project provides examples and guidance for the use of well developed communication and employee engagement strategies, including a communication plan.
