Abstract
This is the first time in history that there are four generations working in the workplace that contain different values, expectations, habits, motivations and attitudes (Marston 2007). When the four generations bring all these characteristics into the workplace, collision can occur as their paths cross. This Capstone Project identifies potential generational issues in the workplace and provides helpful information and resources to assist managers and human resource professionals in addressing those issues. In addition, a user-friendly booklet on synergizing generational differences has been designed to compliment this project.
