Abstract
Despite growing attention in academia and business, Global Talent Management (GTM) has not been explored sufficiently from Human Resource (HR) perspective. Most related studies have examined only parts of the issue and rarely have presented GTM solutions for medium-sized global companies. In response, this Capstone Project examines the latest trends in GTM and proposes an exemplary framework for medium-sized companies. HR functions in these companies are hoped to play a strategic role through the adoption of this framework. The outcomes of the project are intended to provide researchers with a thorough understanding of the recent trends in GTM field and help medium-sized companies benefit from GTM systems that have been used by giant companies.
