Abstract
This Applied Capstone project examines the process of developing training courses for a growing company. ABC is a three-year old company that is committed to, world class customer experience, and world class culture. The author conducted employee interviews, analyzed interview results, identified business and performance needs, and developed two training courses. The project includes research in organizational development theories, instructional design techniques, and adult learning theories. The author applied primary and secondary research in order to develop two training courses, Emails that make an Impact and Conquering Conflict.
